By using I Am Speed you agree not to use this app for racing cars or motorbikes on public roads. That is illegal and dangerous. Use the app only on proper tracks, closed courses, or other private areas where racing is allowed.

Acceptable use

• Do not race or drive dangerously on public roads while using this app.
• Follow local laws and venue rules at all times.
• Only race or time yourself where you have permission (tracks, closed courses, private land).
• Respect other users in shared rooms and chat.

Driver assist features

Optional features such as nearest services and fixed speed camera alerts are for driver-assist information only. They use a static map database, not a live police feed. Do not rely on them instead of watching the road, signs, and your speedometer. Obey speed limits and the law. Nothing in the app encourages speeding.

At your own risk

You use I Am Speed entirely at your own risk. Location sharing, race timing, and map features are provided as-is for personal, recreational use. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, fines, damage, or any loss arising from how you use the app or how you drive or ride.

Accounts and content

Keep your username code private. Do not share harmful, illegal, or abusive content. We may remove access or content that breaks these terms or the law.
